Grand Cru

Era

ERA is a 100% Primitivo wine, aged 9 months in new VICARD and RADOUX French barriques.
The name ERA is a Greek name, Hera the wife of Zeus, the queen of Olympus.
We chose this name because the Primitivo grape is the queen of Apulian grapes.

Grand Cru

Versus

VERSUS is a 100% Negroamaro wine, aged 15 months in new VICARD and RADOUX French barriques. The name VERSUS represents a way of being against the trend of producing high-sugar wines.

Shahar

Chardonnay was said to grow around the walls of the city of Jerusalem, whose gate led to the temple of God.
The Crusaders, returning from the Middle East, brought this wine with them. In Hebrew it was called Shahar Adonay, which means “Gate of God.”

Duodecim

Latin word meaning twelve, these are the twelve hours during which the must remains in contact with the skins. Fragrant and fresh presents elegant notes of rose, violet, cherry, pomegranate.
Velvety, but at the same time full and with some mineral notes, it perfectly combines smoothness with a fresh taste.

Nigra

The name Negroamaro comes from the fusion of the Latin word “nigra” and the Greek word “mavros,” both of which mean “black” and refer to the color of the grape, so that Negroamaro actually means black-black.

Primus

Primus, which means “first” in Latin, owes its name to its first growth cycle. an up-front morello cherry note is followed by black cherry and plum overtones softened by adequate minerality. Slight floral undertones.
PRIMUS is consistent with its variety, has good minerality and soft tannins, and is elegant round and warm.

Daily Wines

Puro

Delicate with fruity hints of cherry and red apple, enhanced by floral hints of elderberry. Soft and fresh, well balanced, with nice savoriness and a slight almond note on the close.

Daily Wines

Sono

Intense ruby red. Intense fruitiness with hints of red berry fruit and slight spice. The palate is elegant and stately, pleasant and warm with nonaggressive tannins.

Vivo

ruby red with purple tinges.
Elegant and intense aroma with red fruit reminiscent of raspberry and blackcurrant. Smooth and round. It has soft and enveloping tannins. A lasting impressive finish.

Vero

Intense, with hints of white fruit combined with floral notes and scents of Mediterranean scrub. Harmonic, sustained by a good freshness but also intriguing because of the sapid and mineral aftertaste.
