Duodecim

DUODECIM: from a Latin word meaning DODICI, these are the twelve hours during which the must remains in contact with the skins. Fragrant and fresh, it presents elegant notes of rose, violet, cherry, pomegranate. Velvety yet full and with some mineral notes, it perfectly combines smoothness with a fresh taste. DUODECIM is a rosé wine but because of its body it looks like a red wine. It enchants with its harmony and persistence. He prefers tasty foods, such as stuffed eggplant, spaghetti with sea urchins, and seafood lasagna. Perfect with Pizza Margherita.
